At Blue Mountain Vintage, we believe that every piece of clothing should be enjoyed and used to the fullest. Each year 350,000 tonnes of used, but still wearable, clothing goes into landfill. This equates to more than 30% of unwanted clothing that is taken to landfill when it could have been worn again. Instead of perfectly good clothes going to waste, we want to give our customers the chance to purchase them and enjoy them for years to come.

All of the clothing on our site has been previously used (items with any defects are clearly mentioned in the description) but are still in great condition and have plenty more life left. The range of vintage branded sportswear that we have will offer you plenty of choice to pick from.

Buying second-hand clothing has so many benefits and we are happy that so many people are choosing to shop this way. Whether you are buying second hand because of the environmental benefits, or just because you found something super cool and unique on our website, we are happy to have your support in our decision to try and sell pre-loved clothing.

Yes! We understand that there is nothing more frustrating when you have found the perfect product and when you get to checkout you are hit with a huge delivery fee. We want you to be able to purchase whatever you want from our website without having to worry about any extra delivery fees. That is why we are happy to deliver free delivery to the UK.

We know how frustrating it is when your new clothing finally arrives and it does not fit the way you wanted it to. If this is the case, we are happy to offer returns on your products. However you will need to pay for this return shipping back to us. Any products we have received with a pre-existing defect or imperfection will have information in the item description stating the fault so that you are made aware of this before purchasing the item. For this reason, we unfortunately do not offer returns or refunds on items that we have stated are already faulty.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds to the original payment method used, however we are more than happy to put the money onto a gift card for you to spend on some more awesome clothing from BMV. 

If you wish to return a item to us, then you will need to pay for it to be sent back to us. We accept the return through any courier (Royal Mail, Hermes, etc) and once we receive your product we will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

For any items that we have received with slight defects or imperfections, we have clearly stated this in the description of the product. If you receive your item and there is a fault that was not already described in the detail of the product then we can offer a gift card or a full refund for the product after photographic evidence of the fault is reviewed by us. Please email us on katie@bluemountainvintage.co.uk with your name, order number and a clear photo which shows the fault and we will get back to you as soon as possible. As previously stated, if we know the product had a slight defect or imperfection then we put it in the item description to make you aware of this before you purchase the item. Therefore, we do not accept any return of already faulty items that we have stated as faulty on our website.
